17 - Vinyl Fence

After a storm, the aging wood fence was falling apart, so I replaced the damages sections.   This was my last project as we sold the house before finishing the fence, but left the new owners with a lot of extra product to continue the project. 

1. The wood posts broke and it would've been hard to remove the cement foundation so I just dug new holes next to the old ones, then cut and did the same for the other old wood posts.

2. The mailbox had a tilt too. I researched and found foam to be an easier way to install a post but foam doesn't add the density and weight of cement but it was perfect for the mailbox.  A razor blade can be used to cut the cured foam. 

3. My son helped with some termite control digging.

4. Installed French door gates.
